| Although I think we all agree something appears to be sadly adrift of what one would expect in numbers and results we have had a better run than many.
I agree with oldstrain, I would not subject my pigeons to the present system adopted by the RPRA OL, YB or Yearling.
But I always think of the very good fancier who only participates and specialises in OL races who enters 10 and is happy if 3 reach the final.
Another consideration being, we have no idea what the Winter may bring with regards to the virus and the flue, hope all goes well But ?.
Do not think we could have done better than with oldstrains pigeons.
Also better to have them from the same loft, not all are winners but chances of having a good one inncreases.
Lets see what the next couple of months bring.
