YOUNG BIRDS 2021 HOT SPOT 2

RPRA One Loft Young Birds 2021 Hot Spot 2 is under way today from Worksop, a distance of 103 miles 1210 yards.

The 805 birds were liberated at 10:20 in a very light ESE wind, turning SE later. They cleared very well. Jeremy estimates 2 hrs 20 mins for the first arrivals.

Richard Chambers will be hosting Facebook Live from the loft, and you will also be able to follow the live arrivals on the Benzing Live site.

why it couldnt shown on youtube as normal i have no idea........thing is not everyone is on facebook, so not everyone will be able to watch it .

just been on darren, nothing there .........and according to the loft manager they are due back within the next half hour (ish)

i took this to mean benzing will be live as normal, but richard chambers will be showing it live from the loft, on facebook .....

well it would not hurt for a rpra employee to video each hot spot live now would it actually at the one loft location ...it is there flagship event

he could use an iphone on a tripod and do a live stream to you tube ......no software needed

first 3 back .......

tumbling in now, seems they got a much better race up to now

Think returns pathetic.

No excuse from such a short distance.

At least up to now we have one back and many have not.

No one knows what is affecting returns but certainly something is, it is not only our races being affected in what appears reasonable or even ravourable conditions.


But still think ours could have been handled better and not blaming the manager.

One would have expected, and reasonably so, for 300 to have been clocked within
half an hour at the most.

They have been up and down the road more times than have had hot dinners and suppose to represent the best in fanciers lofts.

lets hope plenty turn in when it cools down a bit either this evening or early tommorow ,think we can count ourselves lucky to have 1 back at present.178 back out of 805 so far ...been some terrible races this season in other one lofts to

yes darren, ours did well considering it was her first race ..........she missed hot spot 1

yes i think she 76 has done very well today all things considered

186 back so far ..........

208 birds back now and guess who just showed up for tea yes 75 2/2 for us lads ...lets hope more birds work in eh

Pleased to see also      our 2 made it etc Barnie But what a sham bollock type affair there once again I'm Hard to watch I suggest & the poor pigeons there somehow deserve better I suspect    .

Your too kind etc Misty this is solely a money thing if you didn't know here Let it piss down rain I say for the next week or so there will just give us better odds maybe for the final race I suggest for our two little champs home now safe & well    .

a few dropping in now 274 at present ...hopefully plenty more will work in today but its how far it sets them back eh for the next hotspot/s

exactly what i was thinking knackered, less birds back, the better our chances......lets hope he doesnt decide on any pointless trainers, which will thin them out even more .

My sentiments exactly if he starts the pointless trainers it would be madness.

Think there has been too many already to the detrement of many of the pigeons which have not had time to recover from bad tosses.

Said this before the last fiasco, they should have open loft for a few days.
