I always admire the condition the show racer fanciers turn their birds out in the pens. They really are like oilpaintings, peas in a pod, must be difficult for the judges to sort through them.

Barnie I can tell you they are very different and difficult to judge

I have judged them and I would give them all 1st as they are perfect

Barnie if you go on You Tube find Keith Mott videos and put in

Video 64 then go to 1 minute 14 seconds you will see a very slim me with hair

I was with Brian Kaid of Wales I was his Steward its only  5 seconds long

Very good Don, a claim to fame moment, good to see. They are lovely birds, I always have a good look at Blackpool when a lot of racing men don't bother, cheers!

Know few a dedicated show people, they definately have to be dedicated as it is no easy task keeping them in perfect condition, the least little problem can make  the difference regarding judgeing.

Judged racers many times, was asked to judge Show Racers and refused feel not qualified, would as I feel most do pick the one I like  personally all other things being equal.

A Show Racer in perfect condition is a sight to behold and feel sorry for the judges.

Always agreed with the jugdes when I won shows with  the races.

Same, same here barnie was in a strange funny type way rather jealous of how brilliant they tended to look on average to my scrubbers I had flying the loft as such .

that's 5 seconds more than I've had down here etc Don I'm   2 life times in pigeons     as one could say       & we couldn't even crack the 10 second barrier as such between us    .
