Morgans got a lot bigger than when you was here before george, good to see he is taking an interest in the pigeons, fishing and photography , its always nice to see the younger generation learning things they might never have learnt .

he is 14 now got a Sunday job on a poultry farm gets him some pocket money

time flys by so quick george, my daughter was 30 last week, been in this house 29 years, times gone nowhere..........

remember Peel bros and Ian Young Ian was giving up the birds not so long ago and Dev i think is in Spain he was very ill

ray still comes on here now and then, hes heavily into caravanning, which is usually during the racing season ........i heard ian young was packing in a few years ago but not sure if he actually did .

i did read a couple of years ago dev was packing in due to copd but thought he had decided to keep them, have seen nothing of him on the internet for a while.

about 2 months ago Ian decided to pack in the birds
as for Dev he has chest problems and has given up the pigeons he was talking about going to live in Spain in those days the chat box would be going into late evening

didnt dev have his sister in law living with them, yes i read he had copd / lung disease, i sometimes saw his name crop up on pigeon groups on facebook but havnt seen it for a while.

i think of packing in every year george, but just continue on ......ive found its very hard to get rid of older birds, ybs easy, but 3 - 4 year and above not so easy

i sometimes say to my wife, if someone came and took the lot they could have them for free, but i doubt very much someones going to do that

Poultry farm that was my first paid job down here George back when. Learnt the art of cruelty type of thing debeaking thousands of hens there at the time, so they wouldn't fight in their cages when laying eggs for the general public etc.
