Going to try cut mine soon George , before it rains....

been boiling hot here today, managed to cut half of the hedges, water the garden and paint the front door step red ........

just come inside been nice day here wind was fresh most of the day but dropped this evening

Sunshine, wind died down a bit, thankfully, forecast thunder, not my cup of tea and animals do not like it.

Hope it misses us.

Got buns and a sponge cake in the oven...

Buns are done, just put chocolate on the top.....waiting for the sponge to finish, 5 mins ...

Think the increase in costs will play a part in the old boys/girls staying in the sport, not to mention all the other household bills.

Time was when £54 would feed the pigeons for a year, I know wages have gone up but not at the same rate as prices by a long way.

Think the end of this season will decide much of the future of the sport when fanciers weigh up the situation.
