yes, old birds feathers teeming out but youngsters still mostly fully feathered, just chucking their second flight

Cannot understand how the townies keep in such good condition.

Amongst those that we feed in the garden are a pair of blues, not rung, obviously paired up because they always come together, seen cock driving early on, (no not a Rolls).

Would not look out of place in a show pen.

Always nice to see them through a good moult augers well for next year.
