| Lots of auctions going on.
Some must have faith in the sport although numbers not getting bids.
Not all selling to finance next years costs some opting out methinks before their pigeons become worthless.

Regards. Yes I think a lot of fanciers clawing back recent investments, birds are dropping vastly in price back to @ £30 in many cases. Won't be able to give them away soon, fanciers are making do with what they have already, trying 2 or 3 extra rounds off the best ones to make up the team rather than buying in year on year. Blackpool will be interesting next year, I think birds priced up in the pens will struggle, but the auctions well who knows?? |
