| there was always over 40 auctions over the weekend, that's right up to the past few years, never counted but clearly nothing near 40 this year |

No one knows exactly how many participating fanciers ( members of the RPRA) there are, the claim of 22,000 made in the RPRA buff not supported by the income from membership fees in the AGM Accounts report.
