RP weekly ceasing publication

read elsewhere that the RP weekly is packing up in 6 months time after publishing for 125 years. Must admit I subscribe and most weeks just flick through it, not much content to hold my interest. Still sad to hear though.

i think sales dwindling have a lot to do with it, i stopped getting it around 5 - 6 years ago because the price kept going up and there was nothing interesting in it ....

That was the same for me David, the price going up reading the same articles and information as in the British Homing World

I also had the Racing Pigeon Pictorial stopped having that because of the price there was no information about the price increase

£2.50 one month then the following month £5.95 no thank you

Asked Lee to add information in sprint and Middle distance fanciers as every month was all about distance fanciers he said will start doing it give me a few months waited 6 months still the same stopped having it

Only have The British Homing World now
