New loft site pictures

its a fine loft guys id love to habe a loft like that

Hi Ian, Just spoke to gareth hes over the moon with your exchange birds, when the loft roof goes on hopfully sunday I will have reached a spend of 4,000. Im thinking not bad so far as just before I decided to build it myself, I had a quate from a well know loft company for a loft quite a bit smaller and they said it would be £10,000 just over, This will finally end up at about 6,000. So Im well up on a bought one....lol

Thanks for the comments lads, I will keep the updates going until its finally finished, Ihave youngsters for weaning in 2 weeks so got to have a section done by then or im in trouble..lol

Hi David and Don, Yes I did design it myself as far as the size and style, but its really based on the petron lofts, they are almost the same, just slight differences. Cant wait for it to be finished but in reality I think 2 sections inside will be done to house this years youngsters and the rest will be done slowly over the summer, should be totally done by the autumn.

makes me feel like getting my trowel out and building one myself martyn, its a great job your doing..........looking forward to seeing the finished loft.

Martyn as long as the youngbirds are happy you can work round them mate with no worries at all

This is todays update, was hoping the roof would be on and tiled but just couldnt manage to do it all, lets hope the weathers good this week for me to crack on.

Thanks lads its coming, Im knackered trying to work and do the loft, a roofer was suposed to come and get it done this weekend but he let me down, so I decided to carry on myself, I supose I can always say I done it all myself. That thing on the top case your wondering isnt a chimney its a vent and clock tower, which is going on next, for me to see the time on race days..lol

thought it was for santa to drop your new stock down lol
