what breed is the winner ian ?

you know me david not one for the breeds but its out of the docherty cock lines frank sheaders

breeds dont really bother me, but its nice to know sometimes what your keeping.....as there are times you do need to know.

has the hen raced for you and how did it do...?

yes raced as a youngbird but only race as youngbirds only race old coc but she must have done o if she,s still here

for me i`ll be flying just normal widowhood cocks because i think it would be time consuming and more than i can cope with being a novice.

same here david wont have the time its a shame good hens go to waste but you do what suits you

thats exactly the way i see it ian, a waste of potentially good hens...............so for me what i`ll do is race the hens as much as possible as young birds, even if i hold some young cocks back.

race all my hens as youngbirds every race if i can

i prefer roundabout but as you know i race both systems
