first time next season for me, got some decent birds in stock so i should be ok

first season for me really alex, was supposed to restart with ybs this season just gone but things didnt go to plan............

seems hard to get into it tho` alex, dont know if its motivation or what but cant seem to get it right.

yes thats it, theres knowing when to pair, then seperating before going onto widowhood........then if the birds need preventatives eg worms,canker, cocci etc, then theres all the training and sorting the ybs out..........its ok once youve done it for a season or two but when you dont know its hard, also getting the feeding right is hard too.

Precisely, and they arent things you learn easily...seems to be everything you read expects you to know what to do.

thats right, members here are always giving advise but sometimes theres too much info to take in.........and by the time racing comes around ive forgot what ive been told.

yes i started doing this but soon give it up, i think its just going to be trail and error again this year and see how i do..............im not expecting much to be honest because the top flyers in the club are well established and will take some beating.

its ok taking aboard all the advise giving ,but it can be confusing as different members have different ideas and they all swear by them , but you sharp make your own mind up and do your own thing after two or three seasons
