| Same if you use garlic mate was told this by Dave Allen, will say though honey if you us it after there race on there return you watch your pigeons recovery after a few weeks |

| talking of things you put in the water i use a product called naturline its made up of herb and vegetable extracts and ginseng and very economical at a fiver for a litre last year my ybs went stale and would not exercise very well so on advice of a fellow flyer tried it they started rangeing for 1 1/2 hours when given initialy for 7 days then twice weekly they didnt look back and its all natural stuff  |
