hi guys just popped on while im with it . i did my back in on monday while cleaning the pigeons all i did was bend over to pick up two feathers from the floor and bam my back locked and wow what pain i got, we called out the doc he gave me some pain killers that wipe me out, today the pain still real bad so they have gave me some stronger ones that realy knock me out , i just taken some more so i see you when i see you .cant sit here for long anyhow it hurts my back but like i say after about 30 mins of taken these pills i sleeping catch you all latter

bad news back pain mark, i suffer from it myself.......sometimes you dont even have to do anything for it to come on, once i sneezed and pulled my back and another time i leant over to turn the tv over with the remote and my back went.
a few years ago i ended up in hospital on christmas day, was walking the dog and he hated any other dog when he was younger so i bent down and picked him up....all of a sudden my back went and i was in agony, took my about half an hour to walk home, when the wife saw me she pissed her self laughing..

yeah my wife keeps laughing at me but if she had this and i was laughing i would be a b...sted
