up&over nest boxs

so what do people think of up&over nest boxs compared to the widowhood nest boxs ? you think they better or same ?

suppose they do the same job, only difference i can see is the fronts can be moved back to make a perch instead of a box.......... apart from that i see no other difference or benefit, just what each of us prefer i should think.

just they look good and they got pull out tray for easy cleaning lol

I like the look of the fronts, think there easier for cleaning out compared to widowhood fronts

i just use the plastic ones, cheap and do the job i suppose.........

lol new loft was thinking new boxs and perchs

might as well, you dont want dirty old ones in a new loft do you........

ill make sure i take photos fromt he start to the finish when i have birds in it

have you got the new loft yet then chris, or getting it...?

building it mate be cheaper in the long run

start cleaning the garden area where i want it next week

ah yes, remember now.....you said the other night you were going to build it and use chip for the back and sides, im in the process of taking my stock shed down and repaling it with a bigger one........just going steady tho as i dont want to scare the ybs when out exercising.
