| David this is from this weeks BHW IMPORTANT REMINDER while i was out yesterday, the local post office phoned about a problem with a pigeon it had been sent through the post(not to me) and had a injured leg. they had another local number and presumably this person dealt with it you might like to remind members that it is wrong and no doubt illegal to send livestock through the post david carpenter |

| two things spring to mind here for me, firstly i never remember pigeons being permitted to be sent through the post, strays were returned using the rail service..... secondly what idiot in the post office took the parcel off the sender .....? also having an injured leg is nothing to do with sending a pigeon through the post, it shouldnt have been allowed to be sent either with an injured leg or not injured, strange story........... |
