im off to blackpool in the morning leaveing at 3.30 and it a 5 hour drive coomeing back sunday looking forward to seeing it all and meeting old freinds and new

hi george, yes i saw the vah hee stall, i liked a mealy they had on display.........the lady with the blonde hair was the daughter or grandaughter of one of the vanhhes so i was told...........

i saw gary with his fancy glasses on, but he didnt know who i was......... lol!

he seemed to be doing brisk buisness

It was a quiet day till after one, but it went mad.
we got rid of all our youngsters, by the end of the day.
I don't think youngsters have the same appeal as yearlings, but thankfully they all sold.
Our mate Dermot bought one of those fancy transporter trailers, on behalf of his club. It was very nice too.
But now I think the crank is trying to fill it. lol!

It was nice of George to come and have a chat, every credit to you mate.
Graham was having withdrawals from the Gallion bar lol!

It was the hardest day yet mate, but our regulars came through as they always do.
but theres not a lot you can say about youguns, as they are not proven birds.
but am looking forward to seeing who wins the hundred quid for the best youngbird result.
With contenders from, Hull, Sussex, Glasgow, Middlesborough, Runcorn and a young lad from Liverpool, who has just started and has been doing really well in his club and fed and has told me he is going to win it. We liked him so much, we told him to bring us some rings and were gonna breed him another four winners, for free. cheers

david i also liked the mealy on that stall very nice birds i only brought one brd there not that i wanted to but it caught my eye and i just had to have it its a lambretch had a good time in blackpool i left early sunday at 10 30 as its a five hour drive for me theres going to be a show in epsom downs in surrey in november

hi evs, glad you had a good time and enjoyed the day........i saw some lambretch pigeons on one of the stalls, the ones i saw were red cheqs and were nice pigeons.

did you go into any of the auctions ? i did and they were starting the bidding off at £50 a bird, some didnt go for much more.......
