Letter to the editor BHW

I believe the letter I sent to the editor in the BHW, about the thieving toe rags in Blackpool is in this week.
It wasn't a long letter, unusual for me

I certainly did mate, I told the other stall holder to do the same.

wonder if they would be stupid enough to race it, or cut the ring off foe stock........

yes gary they did print the ring number and that it was a mealy pied

Oh yes, the posting hat has gone and now I'm sporting the more traditional sporting little number, plus it stops em crapping on me head

It was a shame, because we had such a fantastic weekend and loved every minute of it, saw loads of old friends and made quite a few new ones.
I just felt a little angry because I feel someone has been deprived of a damn good bird.

It's always happening to me.
It's amazing, I would not have thought that pigeons would have a good memory.
But a few of my old race birds, even though I haven't hardly bothered with them for about 5 years are all over me. Especially me old hen, she never leaves me alone and they are forever giving me presents.
