| so why dont pigeon fanciers or the rpra start to release these eagle owls all over the country, as we know they dont bother our pigeons so why not ???
the rspb and the bird lovers cant complain can they, after all they are for nature and just because the eagle owl will kill the sparrow hawk thats natural isnt it ? just like its natural for the hawk to kill our pigeons and small birds.............
unless they do mind this happening, in which case this is selective protection of selected birds which they favour............???

| It would just upset the balance of things, because something that is just doing what nature intended it to do. The RSPB was once quoted as saying this is not the kind of bird you would like in your back garden. But I would say that was just a matter of opinion. The beauty of these birds my mate was telling me is that they hunt at night, when Bops sleep, so really when you look at it, these would ambush Bops, the same way as they ambush our birds, nobody could be held responsible because after all it's just nature doing what nature intended. They are a splendid bird, I have had it on my fist. The Mrs is in favour of one coming to live with us. |
