This is the thing with young birds once they have a little age in them and the days get longer they start to mature quicker and this is were they will start to mess about unless you have the room to put the cocks and hens in different sections

flew a bit better today, all seem to be moulting well at the moment and the oldest cock is nearly done.....hes made a lovely pigeon, his neck is like a shiny piece of green silk. would liked to have raced him as a yb but hopefully he might go into open race or something next year.

no ian, they are 09 ybs.......my yearlings and stock birds have been moulting for a while now but that might be because they have not raced or are not seperated yet ???? dont know really but i would emagine it will most likely be because yours have raced and mine havnt. scratch

all birds moult around now or are well into the moults only darky youngbirds are not on heavy moult
