yakult in the water 1/2 bottle to 2 litres of water but change daily you could put on the corn and dry of with pink mineral or brewers yeast or provit i tried yoghurt but found this better jmo. provit actualy contains lactobioli a form of probiotic and is very economical to use its made by stock nutrition and is widely sold in the pigeon circle atb
