a reward for posts is set up in phpbb forums, just needs enabling, you can change titles, we used to have for new members junior, then after 500 posts senior, then 1,000 super member, this is done automatic on posts, you could do a top posters room where only these members see it, as they are sites top workers you all can use it say as site suggestions between you, before rest of us know whats happening, it gets members more active, but in this room you dont want too many, so in time you could up the posts needed from 1,00 to 1,500 then 2,000, but in this there isnt a option for males and females so you cant have a dig at Amanda on it
