| If You have a club with 20 members and you have a meeting and only 5 members turn up at the meeting a proposal can go in and be voted by the 5 members and get passed. But it must be a scheduled meeting all members know about and not just a meeting called by those 5 members. As Birdy states all members would have to have it in writing before the Fed meeting, and therefore it could then be changed at another meeting but if no body complained or changed it then it would stand. So I would say the answer was yes in theory. |

| any alteration of boundaries must be done at A.G.M. the proposition must be put on the A.G.M. list, all members must have a copy 6 weeks before A.G.M. then and only then can it be voted on providing it has a seconder, boundaries must include all existing members. hope this helps ,, if for some reason i am not correct please contact your " REGION SECRETARY". (BUT I AM SURE I AM) |

if they put the proposal forward from the club then it is illegal,if they put it in as a personal proposal with a seconder then i think they can |

| any boundary may be illegal in this day and age and I know for sure that the lottery grant awards wont entertain any application that states its club has boundaries |

Complete circus I'm , sadly if that is what happened etc in my view. Someone will just have to show some B***s etc, & put it to a democratic vote type of thing at the club. Not a happy club I suspect, by the sounds of things. |

in all federations there has to be the opportunity for a member (or members) to put forward a proposal that may have been rejected by their club, all it takes is a proposer and a seconder i know the rules and have a rule book in front of me, i respectfully suggest that you look again at yours |

| Totally agree with whats been said, needs to be on an A.G.M agenda weeks before for members to look at, and If your club has had a lottery grant for any equipment you will not be allowed a boundry. And any club having a lottery grant will never be allowed to refuse membership to anyone, and if they do and its reported to the lottery funds committee then you will have to pay it all back? |

| why dont you write to the Region tell them whats happened and ask for their help, also send a copy direct to the RPRA this stops the Region sitting on it if the people concerned in putting the boundry in have any friends there. |
