| our birds went up at 9.35 ripon 190 miles to me ...gonna be a stiff race I sent 7 hens 3 in the yearling classic and 4 in the race outright ...come on girls dig deep for daddy be happy with full returns today ,they handled well and showed plenty of motivation but you never know what can happen in this game |

| we got 5 out of 7 at the moment and first two birds were grooters a good oldstrain tuff as nails they came on a good line too so you never know the third bird was bred out of a stock pair I purchased off ray peel and she is our first yearling a buschaert she was a bit behind the first two but she is in the clock as she was entered in the yearling classic ...no mobs of pigeons about today ,well strung out |

| nowhere near it we was well behind the cards but so were most of the other members our club sec took 4 of the 5 first places he was well out in front but fair play to him...his wife comes back from holiday this week so that should put a spanner in his works makes me laugh at the club as nobody is losing birds yet birdage is down to 175 from 290 after just 4 races and 19 members sending is down to 15 members why not just say it as it is it's only a game ffs we have dropped 2 of our 9 hens in the 4 races but yet to race the 6 cocks ...the Scottish races are looming |

| It sounds like everyone had a hard race over the weekend Daz, talking to our club sec before and are club race should have been from Wincanton on Saturday but they didnt set race until Sunday because of the weather. theres always another weekend and another race mate. Tony |
