| markevans is in for 2 also ,thanks for your support mark just waiting to hear from 1 other member now ...if we get all 16 members that's £640 for the prize money kitty and this is what I propose ...£300 1st £150 2nd £100 3rd £50 4th and that leaves £40 maybe £80 if we get the other member involved and I propose a trophy and engraving with the funds that are left ...but of course I am open to suggestions |

| its quite simple really dev the prize money is for the last race from hexham 250 miles your bird has to be in that last race to be able to win any prize...entry fee will be end of January and birds to be here before march 16th ...any other finer details then please ask when you want to ask ,theirs nothing to hide so I don't mind you may bring up something I have not considered and indeed may be very useful or need consideration ...its our test loft so we can vote or adapt it as we like that's the reason for putting up its notice so early so we can be well organised for the event |

| might I add that all racing expenses will be incurred by myself...all vaccination and droppings tests will be incurred by myself as to any medications needed ...all corn and natural remedys I use will be incurred by myself the only thing members have to pay for is entry fee and 100% of that entry fee will go to the prize fund kitty and a trophy and its engraving |

yes dev you can use your own rings or I can provide them its entirely up to the entrants what they want to do ...I use telephone address rings registered to me of course now regards transfers of rings to me I will pay for transfers but members will be asked to send transfer form with entrants details with their bird on arrival unless they are not a member of the rpra and in this instance I wll sort things out for those entrants by breeding them ybs here which has already been agreed ...those ring numbers will be posted on site prior to 16th march |

| Darren, just a thought, wouldn't it work out cheaper if members paid 30p or whatever for your club rings, rather than them put their own rings on (at cost), and then pay to transfer them....? |

yes it would work out cheaper to use my club rings and I would prefer that I am happy to supply the rings as I need to get some anyway |
