40 odd years I've lived at my address etc & not a peep from the local council etc till today Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes But out of the blue Wink Wink  some brainless bean counter there in his wisdom ??? has decided that no one in my street, can now park their cars outside there properties or even our visitors as such & if they do  bounce  bounce it's $95 a pop for the enjoyment factor Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad. May turn into a wee comfrontation situation I suspect, as the legal eagle next door Smile Smile has within 2 hours had letters dropped into everyones letter box in the whole street here, in regards to his intention, seeing as he was one of many that got fined today. My bones tell me lol! lol! lol! the local council had better be wary, of the turmoil they have now created in there stupidity. cheers

councils and governments are there to represent OUR best interests, and to do OUR bidding knackered, they have no POWER, they are merely public servants..........whatever act of parliament has been passed to collect revenue off members of the public need our CONSENT, acts are not law unless we give our consent and create a contract by giving them joinder .

any letter or ticket you receive send back saying NO CONTRACT.on the envelope....you are simply a man named knackered, not the legal fiction MR KNACKERED, which binds you to their acts and statutes from birth, ie the birth certificate.

This info ive come across on the internet over the last year or so might be of interest to you and your friend knackered.

Bill of Rights Act 1689: "That all grants and promises of fines and forfeitures of particular persons before conviction are illegal and void".

All Acts of Parliament are ‘statutes’ known variously as legislation, regulations or rules. They are not laws. Statutes are often incorrectly referred to as laws by ‘trained’ barristers and solicitors, but the correct interpretation would be ‘black letter law’ (meaning statutes) which are distinguishable from ‘law’ i.e. common law - and for a purpose, the purpose being that statutes and laws are different. If Acts of Parliament were laws they would be called ‘Laws of Parliament.’ Parliament knows the distinction which it quite rightly maintains. Look at any Act of Parliament and you will notice the absence of the word law – that will give you the first clue that there is a difference. Parliament maintains the distinction between statutes and laws because those ‘in the know’ use this knowledge for their personal benefit.

A ‘statute’ is defined as a rule or regulation of a society – they are edicts of legislation used to govern that society. Statutes are subject to the consent of the society – and this is individual consent and not collective consent. We belong to society as a matter of choice.

There is a compulsion to obey laws. Laws defend our freedoms and liberties and through them we live in peace and harmony with our neighbours. Failure to comply with laws would render an individual an outlaw. If you do not respect the law then it can afford you no protection.
Obeying statutes is voluntary i.e. with our consent. Any individual can withdraw their consent to being governed (controlled) by the statutes of a society. This might involve their exclusion from that society and the loss of benefits, but when the imposition of the liabilities outweighs the benefits, then that might be a price worth paying. The choice is and should be yours

PCN are a direct act of fraud which contravenes the fraud act of 2006. The presentation of a PCN and a demand for payment contravenes the Bill`s of Exchange Act 1882 and Bill of Rights 1688-89.
Just because people are `doing their job` doesnt make it legal or lawful and is not an excuse to commit Forgery Fraud & Decpetion

Acts and Statues only have the force of law if you consent to them.

Also all fines before conviction are null and void according to the 1688 Bill of Rights. In other words all these on the spot fines are illegal. I have the right to be innocent until proven guilty by a jury of my peers. These on the spot fines are guilty until proven innocent.

As far as I know the 1688 Bill of Rights has not been rescinded.

That's some bit of info their David Smile Smile "Thanks" Unfortunately, it's way beyond my intelligence level, sadly  Rolling Eyes  Rolling Eyes. But maybe lol! lol! lol! my legal eagle next door here, can see something in it when he fires off his objection to the council for all those involved, as such. cheers

Power to the peasants Wink Wink. Sitting here well after dark etc at this moment & this almighty noise was heard up top of my house as such. Went up to investigate what the noise was & saw road workers working on our road with a grinding machine in the dark ripping up our white line, which we were all in revolt about here & caused some concern, because of the parking issue & all the fines the council dished out in there wisdom ??? Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes. Now Wink Wink seeing as council have shown there hand lol! lol! lol! & basically admitted to a major c*ck up bounce bounce. My bones tell me we now Smile Smile we will apply a bit more pressure to have all fines rescinded because of there stupidity. cheers
