| Mint tea with a bit of honey sooths the stomach and relaxes you, I have a cup before I go to bed. I used to have IBS. Mint tea taken regularly works wonders. Don't put too much of that mint in though Hal, or you might sleep until tomorrow tea time

| 1st pic is a male...its going to seed....2nd is female its flowering take the females away and chop the males they don't carry as much goodness as the females just like in real life the poor old male is useless at a certain age and gets the chop hal you would be best to take cuttings from the female plant then you can produce 100% females |
