| been cleaning nest bowls all day did not realise there was 90 my mate gave me some sound advice on what to do he said break a load of them |

| I learnt a great trick from a Dutch fancier regarding nest bowls.
Before the season starts - wrap your nest bowls in newspaper. This works really well, especially for terracotta nest bowls, which can cling onto the poo. But is also good for plastic ones.

Phil they do that for winter breeding , gives a bit more insulation for the eggs and young nowt to do with keeping the bowls cleaner |

| don't like the paper idea myself it gets damp and stays that way....when we wash ours they all go in a ash bin with sterilising fluid and soaked til next day |
