what tonics do people use on return from race i use glucose cost a pound for a box and lasts all season

Very Happy natural electrolights on return, them later in the day honey in the water, I have seen glogose in a pack you said Ian ..think its also good. especially in hot weather, might be a good idea to give them that on basket day?

Martyn use the honey mix i have posted for there first drink replaces the lost energy, and the natural sugars helps replace also the pigeons recover better

did use electrolytes in water before when i raced, maybe use it again this year but also might use honey or something else seen available...... scratch
