New loft or not??

Have a recently built 12x6. !8 pairs. Old loft is 24 by 8. 3 sections. Very crappy! Time to renew. Did not fly young last year and gave 30 away. But still too many.
Think it is time to renovate and get down to numbers I can manage easily. So will push them all. Last section of the large loft I am thinking of pulling down. 8 x 8.  Replace with a six by eight. Was going to do it last year but did not. 12 pairs there. Will fly them this year. Hopefully they are smart enough to adapt  to the new loft. If not, oh well. Should finish weaning from that loft in 3 weeks. Will give them a month to adapt. I need less birds! Still pondering the situation.

Bugger Hal Phil I require some help down here sadly. 50 odd years & it's only the paint holding my loft all together unfortunately.
