Weather today

A hard frost this morning well frozen snow soon cleared away blue Sky's and a light breeze for the rest of the day

I hope its not frozen over in thee morning, heavy rain here so will be bad if it does.........

Dont think you have to worry about frozen..the thick blanket of snow your going to wake upto will insulate the ground until the next hard frost...
Pleased i chopped extra wood yesterday

Fair fall of snow, nothing moving on roads, can't get car out. Worried about Blackpool now

No wood required here today etc 40 C & the sting in the tail type of thing here     . Today we had a elite bunch of tennis players playing ping pong       on my local court & they had the cheek to complain about the tempreture there at ground level on centre court & it was only 69 C . Bunch of over paid wimps, I say & I haven't told them all yet     tomorrow is going to be hotter .

After being battered by the winds last night this morning is nice, breezy,but nice and sunny , bit nippy but a decent day

A calm morning here bright with no wind no snow here not even a frost. Hey knackered if they don't like the heat they can always stay out of the kitchen if you no what I mean

better day here today, had to de ice the car early this morning but not bad now, sun is out, fed and scraped out earlier, time for a brew and hoping to make a start making a door and frame......that's if it don't rain

It can be hard starting work somedays. I had to install two windows, with trim out too. Darn roof line right over my head. Dripping on my head all day. Once I actually start work though I'm always glad.
Working in the cold rain sucks though. I would rather frame in a blizzard A fella stays drier that way.
Days are getting longer though. Spring is getting closer.

yes, always hard to get going, but soon warm up.....turned out a decent day here, cold but rain stayed away

should clear for the weekend hopefully

Few brave souls done it David, so it's all hard packed now with inch of ice underneath, only way out I'm afraid. I chucked some salt down earlier so hopefully get a starter in the morning, got to get to Blackpool it's my mission

braver man than me colin, have done it in the past, its no fun skidding all the way down with your foot hard on the brakes and nothing happening......
