PostSubject: BALLOT FORM FOR ALL SYNDICATE MEMBERS   Fri Nov 17, 2017 7:07 pm

This is a ballot form for all syndicate members regarding what they want to do about the One Loft Races.

Every single syndicate member, that means 16 of you, has between now and Monday 20th November at 20.00 hours (8 o'clock at night) to give your opinion on ALL questions.  These are the questions that must be answered:-

1. If we can afford it, do we send only to the RPRA One Loft race in Worcestershire (the same place as it was this year)? YES OR NO

2. If we can afford it, do we send to more than one race? YES OR NO

3. Do we each pay £25? YES OR NO

4. Do we each pay £35? or a bit more if you can afford it? YES OR NO

5. Do the birds come from an outside source? YES OR NO or

6. Do they only come from members? YES OR NO

All 16 people in the syndicate must answer all questions by Monday night.

Furthermore, if the majority only want to send birds to the RPRA loft, then Mark Evans has already agreed that he will do what he did last year.

If the majority of members would like to send to more than the RPRA's, then I am willing to work together with Mark if members wish.

Your answers must reach me (Phil) or David by Monday night at eight o'clock - You can send them by P.M. if you prefer.

Thanks to everyone.

Phil
