| Like nearly all fanciers I have had pigeons with varying injuries, I have stitched them up and whilst doing so they have never flinched, so I feel they do not have the same pain threshold as humans, I have always used Germaline for any broken skin etc; and some have recovered from what would appear an impossible situation but I have always gone by, if they have the guts to get back in a state I have the responsibility to give them every chance of recovery.
Regards. |
