Exchange YBsm how they doing............?

just wondered how members exchange ybs are doing, mine are coming along nicely and are looking like yearlings having nearly finished the body moult..........the dark pied hen had a bit of an accident a couple of weeks ago and hit some wires gashing accross her chest, but shes ok now and making a good recovery and hopefully race well.......

any news on other members ybs......? how they doing ?

My exchange birds are comming on nicley almost through the body moult nice cock and hen, both flying well they are a credit to Rudderfett

Must say this has got to be the only site to do this, and it would be brilliant if some top class pigeons come out of the exchanges

yes don, im sure some of the exchange ybs will put up some good performances and maybe get a few cards......

David the exchange was the best thing to happen and the cost is low for getting new birds

the exchange is great and i cannot wait for next years too tell you the truth as long as we do it ,i cannot see why not, plus we will have more members in it i,m sure.so lets hope we can get a winner or two out of this one

only yesterday I had a disaster, I let my youngsters out to fly at 8.15 as usuall. However little did I know thousands of northern pigeons were released in france on the weekend and the east in the wind had pushed them across to the western side and here in pembrokeshire. My birds went off with a batch and at 7.15 last night 1 bird came back looking like it had been to france its self. this morning another came home but I am 12 away and 1 was an exchange bird. So Im down to 1 already and 11 birds from my team lighter before training even starts.

yes ray, hope we get even more members to join the yb exchange next year......really looking forward to the yb season and also to see how the exchange birds do.

Well looks like Im going to loose 10 after all. Still ony had 2 back from my fly away, they must have gone too far away to make it back with al the hot weather, not ideal flying for lost birds.

hi martyn, when the cat got one of my ybs last week some of mine went missing but came home later in the day apart from one........this was last week and today a fancier from hartleypool phoned to say hed got it in his loft.
