| Top and bottom picture appear the same and also the pigeon appears to have a ring on.
Maybe make a loveable pet irrespective of breed.

| I gave him the ring (I wrote down my phone number on it), he never had one before.
We searched if somebody misses his pigeon and asked around, but nobody seemed to be missing him. At first I also thought that he would just fly away after a day or two, but he never left, so I adopted him and brought home a second pigeon. |

| I think it's a typical street pigeon, mixture of who knows what in its breeding, probably bred through generations of survivors. Kind of you to give it a chance. |

| heard of fanciers pairing cocks to fantails / tipplers before fieldy, seems to spur them on just the same as pairing to a racing type hen ........all about motivation eh |

| Widowerhood cock birds don't mind what hen is in the loft on return.
Widowhood hens a mite different... BUT both fly to the 'Territory', their' perch, nest box, bowl first off. Something to protect. |

| Awesome, thanks guys! He was found on the street, so I didn't exactly expect him to be purebred, it's just interesting to see what breeds could be in him. |
