Positions this season ?

As I normally do but I forgot this year to put our results up , I will do it very soon . Not as good as we normally do but still ok .


Anyway what's others results this season ? . Did you do well ? Better than you thought? ...

I must admit Ray I rather enjoyed my season this year down here etc Did nothing but watch everyone else stress out if they were going to race or not because of the virus scenario. End of the day thou I found out retirement has certain pleasures attached with it after 65 odd years of racing as such .

Pleased we did race in the end but it was a strange season with less races and big jumps but something better than nothing

1st 4th club ripon our only 2 entries also entered in the yearling classic 12th 19th open

2nd 4th club crieff classic only 2 entries 6th 9th open only 18 birds clocked on the day in our section 350 mile race

3rd ace bird rpra one loft 2020 i never raced it but was my highlight of the season breeding it for our syndicate

more club positions from dapper races in the old bird season one cock had 2x3rd and a 2nd a few other minor positions ...we never raced ybs this year and only raced 7 old bird races but that was more than i thought we would what with covid 19 and all that it brought...

thanks ray you held yer own to i see ...i know you like a few more winners but all said and done at least we got some racing eh mate and you had some good results all said and done lets hope 2021 runs a bit smoother ,we had our trailer damaged in a road accident in fact it was a right off luckily the birds were un-scathed but could have been a wipe out so maybe someone was looking down on them eh atb

Could have been a lot worse with no racing being allowed.

If you do not win at least you make someone else happy.

An upset year all together lets hope for better things next year.

well done to those that raced, 2020 awful season

I think it was tough for any fancier to maintain, let alone improve a standing.
Of course, some prospered somewhat, while other failed a mite in their own expectations and hopes. Of course, that happens every season partly. Many indeed strive very hard to improve year on and year out. BUT no -one could envisage, or plan for the season just gone. So, of course, most were/are a bit disappointed. Many I'd wager are already planning for any event that may happen next year. Some achieving better than realistically hoped for, others a mite disappointed will be the case I feel.
But one thing for sure, Most will endeavour, and many achieve some happiness and enjoyment. Which is, I feel, the primary purpose. Indeed why the birds are kept year in and year out.

We where a bit Disappointed yes but again due to bad trapping as mentioned maybe should have 2 to 3 more  thats why new trapping corridor has been started

Well done to members that got some racing this season and even better if you won some prizes my season just went from bad to worse see what next year brings

lets hope there is some racing next season , this covid malarkey has caused havoc one way or another .......

Well the J. W assemblies are being done via Zoom as such etc Over 500 different languages. Bibles in over a 1000 languages. and another 2.500 in parts

Most years we fill many Football grounds / Twickenham Rugby etc around the U.K.

So being prepared of course.
