Grandaughter here yesterday. With 4 year old son. She told me the conversation she had with him earlier. Getting dressed.
GD. "You have your shoes on the wrong feet."
GGS. Looked down then up puzzled. "Cant have."
GD. "What do you mean 'cant have'?
GGS. "These are the only feet I have!"

True David Smile Smile leave my generation looking rather dumb I'm affraid on average with what they can do at a similar young age these days as such. That being said thou Wink Wink jumping in puddles for the sheer enjoyment factor like many of my generation did, taught us many things about general life that the young ones of today will never be able to learn I suspect, unfortunately.   cheers

Yes, children are far more intelligent than we give them credit for.

Think they learn to speak far sooner than when I was young, prior to the lock down we were having a coffee in a cafe and there was a little child almost in napies chatting away like a 60 year old, I still mention it to my wife at times now I was so suprized.

I cannot use this thing properly so I am still learning.

Regards.

Yes kids pick up things much quicker nowadays but we don't let them be kids now . Parents seem to want them to grow up before their time .
