pairing up tomorrow

yes going to pair up tomorrow all 8 pairs just cleaned out and vaccumed boxes and got me breeding mix and minerals etc...stocked up ,one loft pairs will have there own sections ,lets hope they breed well eh some decent specimens ,had some good news last 2 years with birds sent out and some are winning and getting good combine positions 4,7,12,14th combine last year all club winners to also another guy put one in a fed breeder buyer and won some dosh and was 10th fed he also had 2 winners out of a kit of 6 ....first 2 rounds are accounted for this yr i may breed a 3rd if theres demand ,not really bothered either way , anyway all go from here on in

Should have a few hatching Jan 6. Others mostly yearlings got snow on their nest so left the eggs. Not usual.

went aswell as could be expected all seem to have taken well ,just 1 pair where the cocks a bit agressive so let them have the loft for an hour or two whilst others are boxed ...have a few extra hens on standby just in case it dont work out but most the other pairs are bonding well
