New cctv cameras

Just installed my 2 new cameras today , these ones are outdoor ones , my other ones where indoor but I had them outside under canopies and where great but these new ones I think so far are even better. It even has a light on so I can see what's going on throughout the night . So I am really pleased with them

Could be very interesting at night maybe see both two and four legged visitors.

Funny thing thing with our council and survielance.

They can soon pick up someone dropping litter or dog fouling but we have had a bout of tyres being slashed and paint work damaged and all they say is can the public come forward with information, no money involved in fines so cannot be bothered.

Maybe interesting to see how things go for you.

they're clever gadgets are they linked to your phone? Night vision is clear although black and white images, this one picks up rain drops or snow flakes and sees it as movement then sends alert to phone. Had to adjust settings it was too sensitive, phone was pinging all night. Picked up a cat perfectly an I crept out and got a few feet away in black dark before cat realised, never been back fingers crossed.

Sounds pretty good to me etc Ray Now dont ask me how as such but maybe you could connect it all to your mobile phone somehow & watch from the comfort of your home log fire type of thing, or else where, like many do these days with their home security systems or maybe just setting the fridge in motion type of thing while away from home.

My old ones are black and white at night these new ones I can press a button and it turns on a light to view in colour .I have seen the odd rat when their eyes light up , horrible, ..I can watch the birds when at work if I wished, handy when training as well to see them come in ...they do all sorts, record, take photos, pan around , zoom in , 2 way audio ect ect . All for 27 pound each ...marvellous

Know a guy who had one installed in his bedroom. Now divorced!

If there was one in every bedroom me thinks the movies would suffer.

Nothing like the real thing.

I agree etc Ray But tell me here now how two Geordie brothers I know local here appear to talk a totally different type language to one another     when in conversation together .

we have the ring doorbell and ring garden lights with cameras on them ...also extra cameras linked to them very good quality and all recorded and can be viewed at anytime ...i think their great

I have the ring doorbell Darren and bought the solar charger thing to go with it . Not so good in this weather at all

we just charge ours during the day through the electric mains ,one charge lasts about 2 weeks ...the garden one is wired into the mains ...as to the add on cameras

I take it in yes and charge it but was hoping this solar charger would help

i havnt got anything worth pinching, no pointme having camera`s .......

they are good though, wish they were around years ago when we got our loft broken into ........

we`ve the door bell camera, great to see who`s at the door when i`m down at the loft .

Yes they are good , just the wife says she can't hear it when in the kitchen. It is a bit quiet

My dogs alert me. Some times falsely. They are in cages. I mention the word "water" when talking to the wife about pigeons and big guy goes nuts! Jumps around in his cage. So many times have I said "Gonna let the big guy out for water" he understands me. Same as the word "walk" and many others. Can read expressions etc,. Female catching on now also.

amazing arent they ,they certainly do pickup on words ..."biscuit" and "treat" make the ears stand on end here with our little lady
