|  Just wondered if anyone uses spot on by harkers..or one spot, to stop lice? I used it last year but some people dont like it and say it can affect the birds form and results..any thoughts? |

| i also use ivermectin one spot .8% get it from someone that brings it back from holland at half price of what they asking in uk this also worms them supposedly |

| this is also used to treat cows and pigs but its given by injection to them used to get it from a farmer years ago

|  Thanks for the replies..seems no one uses it then. My friend has in the past used horse wormer as it clears worms too, I also know of someone who gives his dogs horse wormer and swears by it. But Im alays frietened to use other animal products, a bit dogy..still not sure if Im going to use it. |

Homoform is a good product but this was first used by race horse trainer's |

| i use one drop which is the same as the harkers stuff only better.i get it from belgium.i think boddy and ridewood sell it.i need to use something that guarentees to get rid of every passenger as it will get disqualified in the show pen.as for wormers i use a powder poultry wormer. |

| Geordiejen it has to be right as you say one wrong mark and out, have helped steward at the top shows and pigeons have had marks and out they went and i must say the birds were brilliant |

| its a prossess of elimination mate.good excuse for rejecting a bird.it doesnt really take much to put a drop of this stuff on the back of the neck every month so if the fancier cant be bothered then why should the judge spend lots of time on the birds condition,type feathering and so on if its got lice on its flights.same goes for any dirt on the bird that has been their more than a few hours. |
