4-00pm and is 7c so hope that means no frost to-night it says rain to-morrow

6c here, been milder today but still quite cold .........

Seems ok so far . Not out yet but now far away

not as cold today, 7c for now , dull but dry ......

it says 5c went to the shop before it closes at 10 another frost but this  time the path and road are very slippy

got caught out with the birds it says 8c was 5c  in the night drinkers frozen had to break the ice again now thick fog

damp horrible day,preferred the sharp frost and sunshine

i just got one to-day Ray my son ordered it last night thought he  said £14 turned out £40 will say it is warm

Ours was cheap but it's very good . Can't do without it . Its gone really cold now

this one has 4 settings have it now on 3 and still warm

we normally have a 15tog duvet on the bed, but a couple of days ago i bought another 15tog from asda, so now we got 2 x 15 in the duvet cover oneon topof the other......its boiling hot we dont need the heating on.

plus two hot water bottles

i don't need heating on either now

we have it on as little as possible, i begrudge paying those crooks high prices for them to make billions in profit ....

This is what I cannot understand David, how can the Government allow these companies to increase prices when making sickening profits already.

exactly misty, how come suddenly these suppliers can charge massive amounts for gas and electricity, and our government does nothing to cap it, in fact when the woman prime minister who resigned capped it she was out of office a few weeks later .......

they try telling us its because of the ukraine war, but thats a total lie, because the suppliers are making billions in profit ....

plus how come our government are making alsorts of payments to people struggling with their bills, wouldnt it be better to cap the suppliers charges ...?

i think the reason our government are allowing it is because they have stakes in these companies, and are making millions out of this price increase .

vat means they have a stake in it

i`d love to know how much money our government made out of covid, into there own private offshore accounts and how much their friends and family made out of it. .
