Understand all that etc George I may know nothing, unfortunately       but I'm not completely dumb as such     I simply come up with a solution for the issue/problem type thing Aussie style. Now, you being the junior here as we speak, it's now your responsibility I'm to go forth & perhaps spread the word now I suggest with my solution to your local pigeon flock as such there to maybe solve the issue .

yes i read it george, but it says fanciers keeping over 50 birds need to register, those keeping under 50 its optional ......... thats what i think it said

i intend reducing anyway so it shouldnt effect me, but even if i dont i doubt i will be jumping to their tune......

possibly george, but i`ll be in no rush to register if at all ........... im planning on resigning from the rpra and club next year anyway, so i wont need to answer to any of them anyway .

So it would be ok it appears then George if like some I've known down here just simply keep them in ones kitchen type thing 24/7     or even totally locked away in ones garage etc & out of sight of preying eyes as such. Now     this scenario reminds me here     I'm   of what I would call     another typical British type cock up moment     somehow, of huge proportions & those making the decisions are closely related I suspect     to those running your RPRA there into the land of oblivion now, perhaps.

does BHW cost the rpra any money David

i thought they were separate george, but i think the rpra has been funding the bhw for a while now........ i could be wrong but im sure i read thwat somewhere .

last club meeting this sunday before racing, will need to pay the extra £18 rpra fees ...... will see what other members think of the defra registration of our birds .

ive read a lot of peoples posts on this, and still not sure what the rules will be ..... everyone seems to interpret things their own way .

i dont intend registering with anyone and telling them my business, so will see how things go and wehat the facts are .

one thing ive realised is the rpra fee increase was decided a while ago yet just became common knowledge last week, just in time for the racing season leaving those who want to race no option but to pay........ and also the defra rules made public just before the racing season starts
