New loft today........

got my new (new to me) loft delivered today, its in pretty good condition and only needs a bit of alterations on the front where the previous owner added some wire.........happy with the loft but realised ill have a lot of work on building a base for it to sit on.

yes it is the 16ft one alex, jsut happens to be about 10 inches too long to fit next to my other loft...........so may have to build it as an L shape down the side of the other.

couldn't you take 10" off one end david or would it just make it more work to do mate ?

Mines going into an L shape too. A 25foot shed, joined onto a 4x6, joined onto a 8x6 only way it will fit, lucky a car mechanic lived here before us really not usual you see a shed this size.

i did think of that rene, and as it happens it wouldnt be that much work and i guess i could have it done in a couple of hours...........

it wouldnt be too bad in an L shape but where i am it would be better added on to my other then it would cover the whole of the back fence..........i suppose i could move my fene a foot over into the nieghbours garden they might not notice

I see what you mean, it will be wasting quite alot of space.

you can never have too many lofts alex............ when i build my new loft ill have to take my little stock shed down but it will be going back up somewhere in the garden when i find room for it........

this is what i done with the apex shed marrying it up to my flat roof one mate took me bout half an hour to work the measurements out for the right place

excellent, like it rene...................might be able to do something similar with mine as the pitch will be different with them all, im undecided what to do because i dont want to build concrete block collumns to stand it on then decide i dont like it, so there will be a lot of studdying over the next week or so i think

plenty of time to think about what you want mate

me too rene, cant afford to have another season like this just gone........its make or break time next season im afraid.

im the same david need to make or break with mine too im going to push them all the way ....

wouldnt be giving up pigeons rene, but do need to race them and find out which, if any are any good........

You have to be crual to be kind to make things work for you

it would be an overstatement to say i had a half hearted attemp at racing this season, got dissheartened with everything going wrong at one point, then when things did start to go right it was too late in the season to compete properly.............
