The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.

hi don, looking forward to racing again next season...things keep coming back to me of what our methods were when we raced, although i will be on my own this time so it will be trial and error. when i raced before we raced just w/hood cocks but now there is roundabout which i like the sound of as its not wasting potentialy good hens and then there is the darkness system for ybs which we didnt know about then, i think when i start with ybs they will be on the dark.

Hi David the best method would be the roundabout system if you can have a look at the simply the best dvd's by steve marsh have a look at roy evans its a good dvd and you may have a few ideas from it

yes i will, thanks don...if i can find it on internet ill post it on our site. don the 08 birds i bred last year only had a couple of short training flights (didnt have a basket then) so if i trained them with this years 09 birds do you think i could race them next season?

if you school them well with plenty of single tosses just to get there mind working then i can not see a problem with racing and racing well next season
