| my young birds are starting to range thats the first team all 56 going for 2 hours at a time its great when they going well like that soon have to start all over again with the secound batch they just starting to flutter around got 70 in that batch but they all lookin well that feeding system the old fancier who helps me showed me and boy do they not look well on it |

| dinkydoo. that;s a big team of young bird;s. you should do well with them with all the quality bird;s you have. best of luck when you start racing them. just glad am not racing against you we have only got half that amount of young bird;s. |

| hi dinky, so the cleveland fed you fly in will be near ian and ray in south shields will it.....? do you know them? |

no they must be 40 odd mls away sorry dont know them new soderland and bradley they where the tops up there but i was just a young lad then thats a good few years ago |

| my ybs are now flying 55 minutes, ranging accross the sky very high up.......very pleased so far but am a bit worried this will stop when i add another 24 ybs to the section in about 3 weeks, |

| your way ahead of me david thats mine just going in to bunches now flying about the sky still 20 odd to put in to the 34 we have so we should have a team of 50 or 55 this year great news for you david hope they do you proud |

| thanks john, to be honest i dont know what ive done different from last year when they wouldnt fly at all.........this year they just seem to have took up early and bunched more or less straight away, so its not good management down to me or anything ive done........ but cant complain...... |

| thats the thing john, last year i was behind getting them flying/training so missed the early newarks so it was hard to jump them in...........hopefully this year i`ll be on track to get the first two races in then i can maybe compete in the full yb program........ |

| theres a couple of top flyers in my club john, they win every race between them every week...............no one gets a look in at the moment so i`ll be happy to throw a spanner in the works now and then if possible........ |

| yes i see what your saying david but with the young birds its anyones race well the short races are like whacky races when you see the birds coming back anyone can snip right in there by a second you know what i mean its allways nice to rattle a few flyers when you start a bit of luck allways helps as well |

| yes, hopefully we will be on an even playing field with the ybs..........and as you say anything can come in the ybs races in the short ones, im not expecting to tear the road up but if i can just get up there now and then or take a few cards in my first year it will give me something to work on and try to do better the year after......... |
