| i have used the matrix but at the moment i have gone back to mixing clay block white pickstone and a mixed grit with redstone and charcoal and oystershell and give minerals twice a week pink and black |

| do members think that even if the loft is dry, black minerals go damp....?
i know like all minerals etc you dont put loads in the pot but does it go damp ? |

| That's almost my mix Darren. I only use redstone charcoal and oystershell mixed up with a touch of course salt. |

| yes i got a tonic recipe here which is ....lugols iodine,parrishes food and cytacon b12 but have never used it as i use impact by gem which is very similar |

| I have used it in the past to clean the birds out. Especially if they was holding a bit of corn. But don't use owt like that any more. |
