anyone had any damage done to their loft or property caused by thiese high winds were having, luckyly ive inly had thins blow over in the garden and also my new loft which is lent against the fench blew over, but thankfully no loft damage.......

a few neighbours have have the odd fence panel come out but nothing major, which is a wonder with the high wind weve had.

when i was on the allotments in yorkshire we had high winds once
and my mates stock loft roof blew off in the night in one section and ended up in the playing fields
at the back of the loft about 300 yrds away and all the stock birds were in the loft not one went missing .

it was me who told him about it david i went down early to feed before work and i just happened to look down where his loft was and it din,t look right so i went a bit closer and i realised his roof had gone .
the hardest part was putting plastic sheeting over the roof space with out spooking them .
