Put my birds together this afternoon, will leave them aweek then split till rady for pairing for real, might have to alter one or two if they dont take to each other, its better to find out now than wait, this way i find i have no trouble when it comes to the real thing Very Happy

yes i like the idea ken, was going to do it last week but as you know my back has been bad......might give it a go tommorrow if i can as i have some new pairings and i think this will help them settle down and pair easier when its for real. will also be using some pairs as feeders this year i think as i prefer to breed more from my stock birds rather than untried yearlings..... scratch

The first round of eggs from my stock are always floated under the race birds, only select a few race birds to breed from

Hi Ian i use tobbaco stalks, cut down to about 4 inches, My nest bowls are wrapped in newspaper first, then a layer of shavings, on top nest felts then let the birds build the nest with the stalks

Oh noooooooooo pale pale IM A GOOD GIRL I AM lol! lol! lol!

The funniest thing i dropped was my aunts false leg. lol! lol! lol! lol!
I was doing my jake the pake impersonation useing Aunt Sheila's leg. When i finished i took my bow.
I was running to give Aunt Sheila her leg back when i dropped it and broke two of the attachments at the top.
lol! lol! lol!
Thats not the best bit......She took it to the guy at the hospital who said it would take a week to fix. Sadly her spare was too tight so he lent her one that did fit....
Thats still not the best bit......

The one he lent her was BLACK lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol!

When my dad see it he fell about laughing and asked what it was like being a half-cast lol! lol! lol!

She was a great sport, always up for a laugh, and great at practical jokes lol! lol! lol!
