paired up today

well i tossed my ybs privately last year and always together (24 ybs on average) they had 12 tosses and i lost 1 on the first 25 mile toss so i am not so sure releasing in small batches has that much effect and another thing i found was when training early morning (6.30 am release)i never had any problems with birds being injured but when i started releasing late afternoon the loft was like a vets surgery with birds skinned on there rump one with a broken keel and another with a injury near its tail end so i think this is the worst time to train as bop is a plenty at this time of day.it may not be ideal to train at 6.30 am but this will be the only time of day i will be training this year

I'm the same Darren, first light mine are down the road and then in the late evening. Just prior to the first race, I will do single up and double up tosses, depending on the time factor.
