first time up had youngbirds out some went up 5 missing hope they work there way back

Trauma time.
We had it at the allotment and the dark one I bred, that I said will win, flew off and nighted out after it's third or fourth time out.
But it's the first back in the loft now.

if they have any brains they,ll be back..should,nt lose many ybs on a allottment but it happens..hope you get them back

Had my 4 yb's go off flying on thurs for 1st time and quickly let the yearling cocks out to keep them around.
never seen a feather for a good half hour, then all came back bar 1 yb.
anyway first thing next morn it was in the garden, i opened the back door shook the tin and it was straight over taking seed from my hand lol.

well they ca,nt go very far can they,they should,nt go very far on a allottments.someone will have them in i bet....do you tend to lose many ian,we do,nt seem to where we are and ours in a smaller plot

only one missing now still flying around allotments so it hasnt went far

It'll be back mate, it's just learning, one thing that is a certainty, is those that night out very early on, rarely ever night out again.
